suck-o-meter

suck-o-meter is a PalmOS app that helps you work out what sucks.

Shortly after purchasing my own Palm Pilot IIIx, I downloaded an application called the Suck-O-Meter. This was amusing, kept me entertained for minutes on end. But I had a few problems with it; it required a large VM to be installed, and I wanted to have an Always Suck backdoor in it. So I learnt myself palmos coding under gcc, and hacked up my own.

As of version 0.92 it’s quite stable, and has a few features, so I’m releasing the binary as well as the source. I’ve not put in all the features I want, when that happens, we’ll get to the almighty Version One-Point-Oh.

suck-o-meter is licensed under the GNU General Public License.

The latest version of suck-o-meter can be found here. Source code is in the tarball, precompiled binaries for the Palm are in the zips.
